Result: I developed the overall business model and funding strategy for Matchmaking Zone Klitmøller. A matchmaking zone is a coworking space aimed at creative micro-businesses and entrepreneurs. The target group consists of residents in Klitmøller and visitors or tourists in Klitmøller who, through the matchmaking zone meet, create and do business together. In the summer of 2015, Matchmaing Zone Klitmøller achieved full funding. Five million Danish kroner, and thus, the majority of the funding came from the private association, Realdania. Also, the project received funding from the Færch Foundation and the European Regional Development Fund. The final part of the financing fell into place when the local savings bank, SparThy, agreed to finance of the last two million Danish kroner.
