Result: In collaboration with Kristian Strøbech from the Danish School of Media and Journalism, I developed a diploma course called Workflow and Concepts in Social Media. Since 2014, we have conducted the course, in which each participant learns how to organize a rational social media workflow, including how to spot, build, and maintain valuable business procedures in a reality where the Internet and mobile technology have changed our ways of communicating. Finally, they learn how to develop and evaluate content and campaigns aimed at social media.
