Result: Together with employees at Nordjyske Medier as well as teachers and students from DMJX, I developed and implemented a strategy for the use of Twitter as a way of bringing the Aab fans closer to the players and the team. This included the development and testing of a plan for monitoring, curation and production of content. Furthermore, we developed a procedure which made it possible to integrate the use of Twitter in the existing research and content production at Nordjyske Medier. We developed a number of new roles, of which the most important was the 'flow manager'.
